We are for businesses that leave people better — more access to what helps them, more capability, more room to live well.
That is the first question we ask about anything we build or buy, and it decides everything after it: what we own, how we run it, and who we run it with.
It is a standard, not a preference.

- We buy established companies in distribution, procurement and supply, and hold them for the long term.

- Through a partnership with the San Diego Small Business Development Center since 2018, we have advised more than 1,000 early- and growth-stage companies.
